Nothing in this world is useless. Think about any object which you think is of no use. In a few minutes ,you will be able to observe at least one use of that thing. Everything is useful whether we are aware about it's use it not. It's a universal truth. Now tell me; how can an individual be useless in such a world where not even a single object is useless?

Usually such people are called "good -for -nothing-fellow ".The reason for the person who view others as useless may be that it's difficult to accept that we are not able to see the goodness in other person. So we choose the easier, to project our own inability in the others.

The most surprising thing is that some people consider themselves as useless😟. It's a suicidal thought. Don't let it develop in you otherwise you will ruin your life. Try to make sense even from a small experience which we face daily in our life. Difficulties can also be considered useless and disturbing but they are also useful as they make you able to explore yourself to face them and know your potentials. Only then you can achieve the best version of you which you never could imagine that you were so talented. Therefore we should welcome every difficulty with a smily face because it brings a new opportunity for you to realize how useful you are. Try to find out your usefulness.
